LIM CHING YONG is a graduate of University of Malaya. He commenced practice at one of the largest and leading law firm in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur as a corporate and restructuring lawyer specialising in scheme of arrangement, capital reduction and liquidation. He was involved in the court process for monumental deals such as the merger of the largest motor and leading general insurance company in the market in Malaysia (AmGeneral Insurance Berhad) and merger of the largest integrated oil and gas (O&G) service provider by assets in Malaysia (Sapura Energy Berhad).
Intrigued by the legal process prior to the court application in a corporate scheme, he decided to embark on corporate law practice. He joined a leading corporate law firm in Malaysia as a corporate lawyer in Petaling Jaya specialising in corporate finance, capital markets, mergers & takeovers, corporate commercial and listing of Malaysian companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX).
In 2017, he was made a partner in the previous law firm in Petaling Jaya before co-founding Ching, Elaine & Co in 2019. He contributes to the development of corporate lawyer in Malaysia by being part of the committee member of Corporate and Commercial Law Committee established by the Bar Council Malaysia.

LEE ELAINE graduated from University of London (UOL) and won the book prize award in Jurisprudence and Legal Theory in 2015. Then, she completed Certificate of Legal Practice and was called to the Malaysian Bar thereafter.
Prior to establishing this firm, she commenced her pupillage in a boutique corporate law firm in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur specialising in capital market and corporate finance where she was exposed to vast areas in conducting legal due diligence review exercises for companies that are listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as foreign stock exchange.
In order to equip herself with legal knowledge in general practice of litigation, she joined a law firm in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur as a associate lawyer after completing her pupillage. She has been actively involved in numerous corporate exercises for diversification of companies, fund raising, warrants and loan stocks issues and employee issuance scheme. She is also well versed with corporate litigations including but not limited to corporate scheme arrangements, shareholders disputes, minority oppression, derivative action and winding up action.
Thereafter, she relived her passion in corporate practice and joined a reputable corporate law firm as a corporate lawyer in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya specialising in corporate finance, capital markets, mergers & takeovers and corporate commercial. She is actively involved in various corporate exercises such as initial public offerings (IPO), rights issues and de-listing of companies.

CECILIA LIM is a graduate of Multimedia University.
She commenced her pupillage at an established law firm in Petaling Jaya (PJ) involving in real estate and conveyancing matters. She has handled sub-sale transactions, developer projects, housing loans matters and perfection of transfers & charges.
Thereafter, she was offered the position of legal associate in her pupillage firm. However, she decided to embark on corporate finance and commercial matters by joining Ching, Elaine & Co as a legal associate after realising the growth potential of the firm as a corporate law firm.
HUI SIAN is a graduate of BPP University Law School in Birmingham, UK. She holds Master of Laws in Commercial Legal Practice and was called to the Bar of England and Wales.
She commenced her pupillage at Ching, Elaine & Co. Thereafter, she was called to the Malaysian Bar and join Ching, Elaine & Co as an associate.
